These Website Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Cohesion Coworking website (the “Website”), including the purchase of day passes, event tickets, and other offerings made available online.

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About Cohesion Coworking

The Website is operated by Rolly Table, LLC, an Oklahoma for-profit corporation doing business as Cohesion Coworking (“Cohesion,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Website provides information about our coworking spaces, events, memberships, and allows for the purchase of certain services online.

2. Website Use

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Interfere with the operation or security of the Website
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Website at any time for any reason.

3. Purchases: Day Passes and Event Tickets

The Website may allow you to purchase day passes, event tickets, or similar short-term access offerings.

All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation. Additional terms, including cancellation and refund policies, may apply and will be disclosed at the time of purchase or in related communications.

Payments made through the Website are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe, via Cohesion’s Membership Portal or connected checkout systems.

Cohesion does not store your full credit card information. Payment processing is governed by the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with those third-party terms.

5. Memberships and Facility Use

Use of Cohesion coworking spaces, including access beyond day passes or event attendance, is governed by separate Membership Terms and Conditions.

These Website Terms do not replace or modify the Membership Terms and Conditions. Membership privileges, access rights, background checks, access cards, guest policies, and termination rights are governed exclusively by the Membership Agreement accepted through the Membership Portal.

6. Events

Cohesion may host public or private events. Event details, pricing, cancellation policies, and eligibility may vary. Cohesion reserves the right to modify event details or cancel events when necessary.

Attendance at events held at Cohesion facilities is subject to house rules, safety policies, and applicable conduct standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of Cohesion or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Website content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Cohesion makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Website content.

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Cohesion’s total liability related to Website use shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable transaction giving rise to the claim.

14. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Cohesion Coworking, you agree to the following terms:

Use Cases: You may receive recurring automated informational and transactional text messages (SMS and MMS) including, but not limited to, coworking tour confirmations, onsite training reminders, booking updates, and announcements for professional networking events.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
Help Instructions: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance.
Message & Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Age Restriction: By opting in, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into these terms in your jurisdiction.
